Position: Educational Assistant at Sugarloaf Senior High
Location: Campbellton Regional Community

Support educators at Sugarloaf Senior High School as a Permanent Educational Assistant for the  school year. Assist students' needs and enhance learning experiences in a collaborative environment.

This is a full-time position requiring 6 hours daily, focusing on supporting teachers and meeting the needs of exceptional students. You will work under the supervision of a teacher, assisting with classroom activities, tutoring, and preparing teaching materials. Strong communication skills in English are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom and learning environment

• Support students with physical and emotional needs

• Prepare teaching aids and educational materials

• Tutor students to support learning objectives

• Maintain records and assist with student supervision

Requirements:

• High school graduation with relevant training

• Experience working with children in educational settings

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Competence in written and spoken English

• Availability to assist with students' physical needs
