We’re hiring a Product Design Lead to shape and lead the design of a suite of enterprise digital tools supporting a fast-paced organization. These platforms enable planning, purchasing, ordering, and vendor management—systems that directly impact daily operations.

Design is a growing capability within this team, and we’re looking for a leader who thrives in complexity and enjoys building from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering partners to design real-world solutions for real users, from concept to implementation.

This is a hybrid leadership + hands‑on role (60% research/40% hands‑on) that requires both strategic thinking and execution. You will lead discovery efforts, define future‑state journeys, and deliver thoughtful, intuitive UX/UI for operational teams.

• Lead design for one or more core product areas
• Define current‑state and future‑state user flows
• Translate operational challenges into elegant UX and intuitive UI
• Identify system dependencies, workflows, and data flows
• Collaborate with operators, subject matter experts, and users to deeply understand needs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align design with business outcomes
• Facilitate workshops and cross‑functional design sessions
• Advocate for design standards, accessibility, and usability
• Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders
• Provide feedback, coaching, and guidance to raise design quality across teams

• Enjoy untangling complex problems into simple user experiences
• Balance strategy with hands‑on execution
• Use human‑centered design to influence business outcomes
• Are comfortable in fast‑moving, evolving environments
• Collaborate easily with technical and non‑technical partners
• Care deeply about the impact your designs have on real users

• 5+ years in Product UX/UI Design, including at least 1 year in a lead role
• Experience working in operations‑driven environments such as hospitality, supply chain, logistics, or food tech
• Strong product thinking—able to connect user needs with business goals and systems design
• Proficiency with Figma (or comparable design tools)
• Experience with emerging Generative AI tools (e.g., Cursor, V0, Lovable, ai.studio) is a strong asset
• Ability to conduct user research (field studies, interviews, usability testing)
• Experience facilitating design critiques, workshops, and reviews
• Background designing enterprise software such as ERP or SaaS platforms
