In this essential role, you will support customers throughout the product lifecycle—covering development, pre-sales, post-sales, and end-of-life cycles. Candidates should have familiarity with traffic calming technologies, strong troubleshooting abilities, and experience with mechanical and electrical systems. Your expertise will drive improvements in customer experience and product usability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide troubleshooting and installation guidance to customers
• Collaborate on content for manuals and training tools
• Track customer issues using ticketing software
• Report product feedback to relevant departments
• Train internal teams and contractors on product use
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology
• 2+ years in hardware technical support
• Experience with traffic safety devices preferred
• Strong communication and technical acumen
• Technical writing experience is beneficial
