Position: Lead Infusion Nurse Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to take charge of our infusion clinic with a maximum patient-to-nurse ratio of 3:1. You will lead with confidence, ensuring compliance and professional care standards while supporting patient relationships through quality treatment. This role demands strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinic environment and promote care excellence

• Manage medication administration and patient assessments

• Coordinate staff schedules and manage inventory

• Conduct regular compliance self-audits for clinic standards

• Lead team training and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Valid provincial Registered Nurse license

• 3+ years in nursing with IV/infusion experience

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

• Competent in using MS Excel, Outlook, and Word

• Ability to mentor and lead clinical teams
