Labourer Ltd

Position: Labourer Role with Border Paving Ltd.
Join Border Paving Ltd. as a Labourer and be integral to Alberta's construction efforts. This outdoor role focuses on operational support and contributes to the safety of our projects.

In this position, you will work alongside experienced Operators and Supervisors to complete a range of physically demanding tasks. You will handle materials, prepare sites, and operate equipment as qualified. Your focus on maintaining a safe working environment will be pivotal in achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, and move construction materials daily

• Prepare work areas to optimize crew operations

• Engage in manual grading and site work

• Operate rollers and skid steers when qualified

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Drivers License required

• Class 3 and/or Q Endorsement are strong assets

• Background in construction or asphalt advantageous

• Must adapt to outdoor work conditions

• Current driver’s abstract essential for hiring
