This in-person role primarily takes place at Augustana Campus, Camrose. The position is in a nurturing environment aimed at enhancing undergraduate education programs, including both BA/BEd and BSc/BEd pathways. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to quality teaching, researching, and community engagement while supporting values of access, belonging, and social justice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in rigorous research in Elementary Education
• Teach face-to-face and online undergraduate courses
• Foster professional development and community service projects
• Contribute to the development of Education programs
• Support rural educational initiatives and their institutions
Requirements:
• Strong background in Elementary Education (K-6)
• Commitment to high-quality undergraduate teaching
• Experience in scholarly activities and research
• Dedication to social justice and reconciliation
• Ability to promote community and belonging values
