Our growing team at Avenue Living Residential is searching for a Maintenance Associate with a strong background in general maintenance. Your key duties will include handling resident requests, preparing apartments, and performing preventative maintenance. A safety-first approach and excellent communication skills will be vital in your day-to-day duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act on resident work orders efficiently

• Prepare market-ready apartments and common areas

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance

• Execute general plumbing and minor electrical repairs

• Maintain inventory and organize maintenance supplies

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience

• Tech-savvy with multiple systems

• Ability to adapt communication for different residents

• Must have own tools and steel-toed boots

• Clean driver’s abstract and reliable vehicle
