Camrose Home Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join its team. This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to provide assessments, skilled direct care, and emotional support to clients in their homes. Your background in client teaching will be leveraged to meet health goals and ensure high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct patient care

• Collaborate within an interprofessional health care team

• Promote emotional wellbeing and comfort for clients

• Assist in nursing diagnosis and care interventions

• Ensure safe and quality care for families and clients

Requirements:

• Accredited practical nurse education completed

• Registration or eligibility with CLPNA

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (BCLS-HCP)

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license for travel

• One year of Home Care or Acute Care experience preferred
