This RNFA role allows you to directly assist surgeons in operating room procedures while engaging with patients throughout their surgical journey. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-operative assessments for surgical patients

• Collaborate with surgeons on tissue handling techniques

• Ensure safety measures are followed during surgeries

• Assist in suturing and wound care processes

• Engage actively in call rotation for OR responsibilities
Requirements:

• Must hold an active CRNA registration

• Graduate of a Registered Nurse program

• Minimum of 3 years operating room experience

• Basic Life Support certification necessary

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and critical thinking skills
