Camrose Home Care seeks a Registered Nurse to join its Home Care team. As an RN, you will coordinate client care, assess needs, and develop comprehensive care plans. Through collaboration with healthcare teams and families, you will ensure that care is personalized and meets client expectations.

Your role may include providing direct nursing care as needed and handling calls during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interdisciplinary client care in the community

• Develop effective and personalized care plans

• Interact regularly with clients and their families

• Provide necessary direct care as required

• Be flexible to cover other assignments as workload demands
Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current registration with the CRNA

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Access to a vehicle and valid driver's license

• Community nursing experience is an asset
