As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Camrose, you'll be key in delivering holistic patient support within a multidisciplinary care team. You will work to the full scope of your practice in the vibrant community-focused setting of St. Mary's Hospital. Your contributions will greatly enhance patient recovery in our busy Orthopedic and General Surgery Unit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with healthcare team for comprehensive patient care
• Lead nursing tasks effectively and autonomously
• Ensure delivery of safe, quality care per established standards
• Support patients and families holistically
• Maintain compliance with Covenant Health's Mission and policies
Requirements:
• Graduate of a Practical Nursing program
• Active registration with CLHA
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills
• Problem-solving and organizational expertise
