• Grassroots Soccer Coach – Deliver engaging soccer sessions to children aged 3-8, focusing on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Grassroots Soccer Coach – Ensure a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
• Grassroots Soccer Coach – Address individual needs, offering tailored coaching to enhance skill development.
• Grassroots Soccer Coach – Maintain and transport equipment, ensuring readiness for each session.
• Team Lead – Inspire and mentor fellow coaches.
• Team Lead – Schedule and manage coaching shifts to ensure seamless program execution.
• Team Lead – Adapt to unpredictable weather, rescheduling when necessary.
• Team Lead – Ensure consistent availability Sunday through Thursday evenings.
• Team Lead – Maintain meticulous records of player attendance and coach availability.
• Team Lead – Oversee program quality and safety, ensuring it’s always up to standard.
• Team Lead – Engage in weekly meetings, contributing to program enhancements.

• Grassroots Soccer Coach: $25-$35 per session, based on experience and group size.
• Team Lead: $35-$45 per session, contingent on experience and leadership scope.
• Salary: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
