• Accountable for and leads programs or large-scale projects from end-to-end to increase harmonization and effective governance, resources, funding (CAPEX, OPEX) and on-time completion.
• Identify and close pending activities before gate reviews for prompt efficiency.
• Manage project collaborators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate program updates to functional management and executive leadership.
• Conduct post‑mortem project evaluations to identify standard methodologies and areas for improvement.
• Lead collaboration among multifunctional teams (engineering, finance, manufacturing, procurement) to ensure seamless integration of NPD/CAPEX initiatives.
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing project performance using relevant metrics, making vital adjustments to meet objectives.
• Coordinate activities when changes in scope, schedule or costs occur, ensuring collaborators are informed and aligned.
• Lead sharing of standard processes and lessons learned across the organization to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting status, achievements, challenges and opportunities.
• Research and evaluate new project management technologies and solutions to enhance industrialization initiatives and optimize CAPEX investments.
• Assist in the integration of innovative technologies and processes into existing systems for seamless implementation.

• BS or equivalent experience in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• MBA or MS or equivalent experience in Engineering is preferred.
• Five years or more of progressively responsible engineering and project management experience.
• Successful record in Lean manufacturing.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven leadership in project and capital management.
• Experience preferred in operations and/or sophisticated manufacturing engineering.
• Ability to operate in a multicultural environment and worldwide matrix organizations.
• International travel up to 30%.
