Permanent Occupational Therapist We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services and help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans based on clinical needs.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive techniques, and safe activities.
- Promote functional independence, safety, and participation in daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatments, progress, and patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current OT license as required by the state.
- Current NBCOT certification or equivalent.
- Current BLS certification.
- Previous clinical, rehabilitation, or healthcare experience preferred.
