- Canaan site. You will oversee staffing, training, safety, quality, and daily performance on the production floor, ensuring adherence to Run to Excellence and 5S standards.
You will partner with HR and quality to resolve issues, conduct daily batch reviews, and drive continuous improvement. This role spends most time on the production floor and requires strong communication and servant leadership.
