Full Cycle Bookkeeper
Location: Peterborough, Ontario
Wage: $25.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Full Cycle Bookkeeper to fill an immediate position in Peterborough.
The successful Full Cycle Bookkeeper candidate must be a self-motivated and reliable professional who has a high attention to detail and quickly learn new industry-specific terms and requirements.
Experience with Quick Books online is a must.
Full Cycle Bookkeeper Duties:
Perform full-cycle accounting functionsMaintain general ledgers, cash and financial statementsMaintain accurate and up to date Accounts Payable and report weekly to ManagementMaintain accurate and up to date Accounts ReceivableReconcile all accounts as necessaryCalculate and prepare payrollMaintain and prepare year end documentationPrepare other statistical financial reportsMaintain and prepare Excel spreadsheets as requiredFull Cycle Bookkeeper Requirements:
Full commend and knowledge of full cycle bookkeepingProficiency with Quick Books online requiredStrong computer and typing skills; advanced level in Microsoft ExcelProven bookkeeping experienceBookkeeping, Accounting or Business Administration Certificate or Diploma; designation an assetSolid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principlesProven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial recordsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailOutstanding reliability, attendance and punctualityHighly adaptable; can work efficiently autonomously or with a teamPlease send your "Full Cycle Bookkeeper - Peterborough" resume in MS Word or PDF format.
