We are looking for an individual that is committed to getting the job done, is a team player with excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and takes initiative.

This position is based out at our Canada location, reports to the General Manager, and is a permanent full‑time position.

Working hours:

8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manually create invoices using Excel.
  • Accounting data entry using Quick Books.
  • Accounts payable (EFT and cheques).
  • Accounts receivable (invoicing) and collections.
  • Audit expenses including contract labour.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors regarding outstanding accounts.
  • Support general manager and management team.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed.
  • Perform other related accounting duties as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
  • 2+ years in accounting and finance.
  • Experience in Logistics and Warehousing environment.
  • College/university education.
  • Fluent in Excel & Quick Books.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills (Outlook, Word).
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to multi‑task and a team player.
  • Good health and comfortable in a non‑smoking environment.
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills.
  • Own transportation (no bus).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Managerial experience an asset.
