Overview Join an agile team as an Accounting Clerk in our private sector firm. Bring your expertise in Sage Accounting Software and Excel to manage critical financial tasks in the office. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk with a minimum of five years in the field.
Responsibilities Prepare general ledger entries and journal entries
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
Prepare trial balances and bank reconciliations
Invoice clients and collect payments from debtors
Maintain filing and record systems accurately
Requirements 5 years or more of relevant accounting experience
Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Sage Accounting Software and MS Excel
Must have own transportation
Bondable with a basic security clearance
