Position: Accounts Payable Specialist Contract Role
Location: Algoma, Sudbury District and Greater Sudbury (Chelmsford)

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will manage invoice processing, maintain vendor relationships, and participate in financial reporting. Your involvement will enhance the overall efficiency of accounts payable and ensure responsible fiscal stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and process vendor invoices and payments

• Reconcile payments and supplier invoices accurately

• Build effective vendor and stakeholder relationships

• Support internal and external audit processes

• Collaborate to enhance accounts payable services

Requirements:

• Certificate or diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum one year accounts payable experience

• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel

• Knowledge of financial policies and audit requirements

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skill set
