Build North Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to enhance its accounting and project administration team. This role focuses on managing daily construction accounting tasks, including processing invoices, job costing, and maintaining financial records. You'll collaborate with vendors and internal staff to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently

• Prepare and enter invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

• Assist with job costing and project-related accounting activities

• Maintain subcontractor files and compliance documentation

• Reconcile bank statements and supplier accounts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or Business Administration

• Experience with construction accounting principles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
