Location: Peace River
Pursue your passion for accounting with MNP as a Senior Accountant in Assurance & Accounting. Provide tailored financial insights while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
As a Senior Accountant, you will leverage your 2-4 years of relevant public accounting experience to support clients in making informed decisions. With a CPA designation or progress towards it, you will conduct audits, manage accounts, and summarize financial positions for various clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform compilation, auditing, and bookkeeping engagements
• Set up and manage files for new clients
• Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Review financial documents for discrepancies
• Mentor junior team members during assignments
Requirements:
• CPA designation or working towards it
• 2-4 years in public accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and IFRS
• Experience with accounting software
• Understanding of accounting management principles
