Join Resolve Sleep Health as an Accounts Payable Specialist and help manage financial accuracy in a hybrid role. This position is pivotal for maintaining seamless operation of vendor transactions across our brands.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable transactions. This hybrid position requires you to work in the office three days a week. Reporting to the Assistant Controller, you will be involved in AP reconciliations and act as a primary contact for AP queries across our diverse brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, process, and verify vendor invoices efficiently

• Issue stop payments and process purchase order amendments

• Prepare payment runs for all brands within the Group

• Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor accounts

• Assist with the annual audit process

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounts payable

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Experience with Concur Expense and Invoice is preferred

• Comfort in a dynamic, evolving workplace
