Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client engagement teams through audits and compliance initiatives

• Deliver technical assurance expertise and high-quality reports

• Manage client portfolios, including risk assessments and added value

• Plan engagements, oversee financials, and ensure timely billing

• Coach and mentor team members toward professional success

Requirements:

• CPA designation mandated

• 4 to 6 years relevant public accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of practice development principles

• Proven relationship-building and leadership abilities

• Flexibility to travel as required
