Accounts Receivable Technician

Mission   I am looking for an accounts receivable technician for a company located in Laval.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer accounts (opening new accounts, handling complaints, warranties, and promotional credits)
- Handling collections, preparing account statements, and processing payments (checks, deposits, credit cards)
- Handling invoicing and order reconciliation, including sales reconciliation and expense tracking
- Issuing supplementary invoices, including re-invoicing to customers
- Filing supporting documents, improving processes, and providing support to the team
- Other related tasks

Your profile

What we're looking for:

-3 years of relevant accounting experience
-Bilingual (French and English)
-Proficiency in Excel

What we offer:

-A salary between $55,000 and $65,000 per year
-Monday through Friday schedule (40 hours/week)
-Group insurance and group RRSP after 3 months
-Hybrid work model
