What you’ll be doing:

Managing accounts payable and receivable processes

Preparing and posting journal entries

Performing bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations

Supporting month-end close and financial reporting

Assisting with tax filings including HST/GST, QST, and payroll remittances

Working closely with leadership to support reporting and improve processes

Helping identify ways to make accounting workflows more efficient

What they’re looking for:

3+ years of accounting experience in a similar role

Post-secondary education in accounting

Strong Excel skills and comfort working with accounting systems

Someone detail-oriented, organized, and naturally curious

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with a team

Nice to have (but not required):

Experience in construction or project-based environments

Exposure to multi-entity or multi-currency accounting .

Experience with ERP systems or construction-related software

Bilingualism
