As a Bookkeeper at MNP, you'll assist in comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, including payroll preparation, account reconciliations, and client financial management. Your proactive approach will contribute greatly to the efficiency of financial operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute full cycle bookkeeping processes for clients

• Prepare and manage payroll alongside government remittances

• Set up client files and support administrative tasks

• Monitor GL accounts and ensure accurate reconciliations

• Collaborate with clients for effective communication

Requirements:

• Relevant business administration or accounting certificate is beneficial

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience is preferred

• Basic accounting principles knowledge advantageous

• Understanding of payroll and sales tax is desired

• Proficiency in desktop bookkeeping software is beneficial
