Senior Accountant As the
** Senior Accountant**, you will report directly to the Accounting Manager and be responsible for all accounting activities and financial reporting to support operations and ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).Responsibilities:
* Prepare Financial reports and maintain the general ledger  + Financial Review of assigned facilities  + Reconcile all assigned bank accounts  + Report variances and corrections as needed
* Assist with audit preparations and prepare documentation for internal and external auditors.
* Perform account reconciliations for assigned accounts
* Intercompany transactions.
* Fixed Asset analysis as needed.
* Recommend ways for process improvement.
* Cross-train within the team to learn or teach processes and improvements.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting
* The qualified candidate would be a self-starter, team player and possess an Accounting / Finance background.
* 5-10 years of experience in a Healthcare setting (Preferred)
* Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker
* Strong attention to detail and organized with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
* Demonstrate professional behavior, punctual, dependable, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
