AP & Inventory Accounting Expert

As part of the Accounting & Finance team, this role demands strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of inventory management. You will be responsible for verifying purchase orders and reconciling accounts payable discrepancies while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Engaging with warehouse teams for stock counts will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices and prepare payment vouchers

• Reconcile accounts payable to resolve discrepancies

• Record accounting entries related to payments

• Maintain audit documentation and proper filing

• Perform physical stock counts and comparisons

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• At least 3 years in payment operations or accounting

• Strong knowledge of VAT and import documentation

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle

• Proficient in Excel functions like IF and SUMIF
