Position: Healthcare Senior Accountant Needed

Tyvantime seeks a Senior Accountant to manage pivotal accounting activities in a full-time capacity. This role is crucial for financial reporting and operational compliance within healthcare.
As a Senior Accountant, you will report to the Accounting Manager, focusing on accurate financial reporting and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles. Key duties involve preparing financial reports, reconciling bank accounts, and supporting audit efforts. You'll also analyze fixed assets and recommend process enhancements to strengthen the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports

• Maintain a well-organized general ledger and reconcile bank accounts

• Assist with audit documentation and preparations

• Conduct analysis of intercompany transactions

• Identify and suggest improvements to accounting processes
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

• 5-10 years' experience in a healthcare environment preferred

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines

• Self-starting mindset with strong analytical capabilities
