Your responsibilities will include validating invoices, maintaining files, and verifying purchase orders, driving a seamless operational flow. Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process vendor invoices through accurate systems

• Maintain organized files for all payment records

• Prepare timely payments in accordance with terms

• Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and payments

• Support reception duties and departmental meetings

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of finance or accounts payable experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and FAMOUS

• Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• High school diploma; relevant post-secondary education preferred
