Intuit is seeking a bilingual tax expert with over two years of experience in tax preparation. You will assist clients in completing their tax returns, offer guidance, and verify submitted documents. Using sophisticated video communication tools, you’ll document interactions to maintain precise records and ensure positive client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients prepare their tax returns using Turbo Tax software

• Guide customers through tax complexities confidently

• Review submitted returns to ensure accuracy

• Utilize professional resources for tax-related inquiries

• Document all client interactions to maintain accurate records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid tax preparation experience

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Experience with complex tax returns including investments

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Flexible availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week
