Location: Quinte Shores, East Northumberland County & Prince Edward County (Picton)

At Aprio, you will join the Assurance team to conduct audits and manage client projects effectively. Your experience in Affordable Housing or Real Estate will be pivotal in driving client success. You will be responsible for initiating marketing strategies to attract new business while fostering collaboration among staff and clients in this senior management role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee various auditing projects and deliverables

• Communicate engagement details with partners and clients

• Propel marketing initiatives for new business development

• Build and maintain strong relationships within teams

• Travel between 15-20% to meet client needs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting essential

• Active CPA certification mandatory

• 7+ years in public accounting experience required

• Master’s degree preferred for this role

• Experienced in coaching and developing junior staff
