Location: Mississippi Mills
Precision-focused Payments and Cards Officer roles at Eziway support accurate payment processing, reconciliation, and card management within Salary Packaging Operations.
Reporting to the Salary Packaging Manager, you will manage daily payments, card operations, and related enquiries. The role requires administration, payments, or accounts experience, strong numerical skills, and confident communication. You will work across Cards, Salary Packaging, IT and Software, and clients and employers.
Key Responsibilities:- Process employer deposits and payment batches before midday
- Complete bank reconciliation and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage card cancellations, exceptions, reactivations, and malfunctions
- Monitor card stock, renewals, and Australia Post dispatch
- Respond to payment and card enquiries within 24 hours
- Experience in administration, payments, or accounts
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Reconciliation skills and strong numerical ability
- Professional communication with clients and employers
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and organisation
