Accounting Technician Tax Bookkeeping

This full-time permanent Accounting Technician provides bookkeeping, accounting, taxation, and financial support services. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual processes while preparing tax returns and year-end files. The position also supports controller services, agricultural clients, and small businesses with timely financial information.

• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual client records
• Process payroll, remittances, and account reconciliations
• Prepare personal and corporate income tax returns
• Complete year-end working papers and financial statements
• Support agricultural and small business accounting inquiries

• Accounting or bookkeeping coursework, certificate, or applicable experience
• Knowledge of financial statement preparation and compliance
• Quick Books, iFirm, Simply Accounting, Ag Expert, and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Tax courses, CRA knowledge, or tax software training considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
