Position: Bancroft Youth Admin Role Available
Location: Peterborough County and North Hastings County (Lakefield)

Contribute to the mission of Bancroft Youth Unlimited as an Administrative Assistant. This part-time role focuses on supporting the Satellite Director and ensuring effective operations.

As the Administrative Assistant, your efforts will enhance the administrative framework of Bancroft Youth Unlimited. Working 7.5 hours weekly, you will manage office tasks, communicate with volunteers, and play a role in fundraising initiatives. Your vigilance in organizing tasks will directly affect the efficiency and success of the ministry operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical support for the Satellite Director’s initiatives

• Record minutes from meetings and distribute them timely

• Manage confidential volunteer records carefully

• Organize events and coordinate with local partners

• Handle office-related errands and logistics as needed

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Administrative experience preferred
