This role will see you managing data entry, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the accuracy of health records. Your duties will also include scheduling client appointments and maintaining the cleanliness of medical supplies and environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and verify data systematically

• Arrange meetings and prepare necessary documentation

• Schedule and confirm client appointments efficiently

• Oversee cleanliness of medical environments and supplies

• Conduct weighing, measuring, and vision screenings for babies

Requirements:

• High school completion (Grade 12)

• Completion of an Office Administration Certificate

• Minimum one year of relevant experience preferred

• Acceptable education and experience equivalencies

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
