In this supportive full-time position, you will directly assist front-line claims staff by handling essential administrative tasks related to disability service management. Your responsibilities include gathering medical information, drafting correspondence, and coordinating assessment bookings, contributing significantly to smooth operations within the Disability Services team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist claims staff by following process timelines

• Compile medical information for assessments and referrals

• Draft follow-up requests to medical providers

• Book assessments and confirm appointments with healthcare providers

• Contact covered members for travel and accommodation arrangements

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus one to two years post-secondary education

• 1-3 years of administration experience in health or insurance

• Familiarity with disability management software preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Attention to detail with a collaborative mindset
