About the position
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for administrative tasks within the warehouse.

What you’ll do
Manage purchase orders (PO), including receiving, put‑away, scanning, and uploading bulk products
Assist with inventory adjustments
Utilize customer platforms for order entry and shipment
Handle all inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
Perform laboratory testing and equipment management
Track, label, and manage tote and ISO container lifecycle, including birth/rebirth and retirement/unretirement
Process order receipts and completions
Process credit memos
Reconcile daily bulk cycle counts
Scan and upload departmental documents into the management system; catalog and file as appropriate
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and presentations using business software applications and department systems
Perform other clerical/operational tasks as needed
What we would like from you
High‑school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in operations or warehouse work
Strong organizational, mathematical, computer, and clerical skills
Demonstrated proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office suite (preferred)
