Join the BC First Nations Justice Council as a Full-Time Office Administrator in Prince Rupert. This role focuses on nurturing a culturally safe environment while assisting clients in their legal journeys.

As the Office Administrator at the Indigenous Justice Centre, you will ensure welcoming and efficient client interactions. Your responsibilities will include conducting intake for new clients, supporting proactive office management, and collaborating with various team members, including local Managing lawyers, to maintain effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee office procedures and client interactions

• Conduct intake sessions with a compassionate approach

• Support office operations to enhance service quality

• Liaise with staff to share essential information

• Maintain organizational systems for office efficiency

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of office management experience

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Knowledge of local Indigenous cultures is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office software

• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to teamwork
