Town of Millet Administrative Assistant Position

Location: Central Alberta (Stettler)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare documents and provide administrative support to the CAO

• Ensure legislative compliance and manage confidential records

• Oversee WCB claims and employee onboarding processes

• Coordinate community programs and special municipality initiatives

• Assist in election and emergency management activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant fields

• Minimum two years of municipal administrative experience

• Knowledge of applicable municipal legislation

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and municipal software

• Strong organizational and communication skills
