Join WQS Industrial Services as a Site Administrator providing essential support for a turnaround project in Fort McMurray. This role spans full-time temporary work with a strong emphasis on administration and coordination.

WQS is recruiting a Site Administrator for a critical turnaround project starting on July 27, 2026, and concluding on October 5, 2026. Located in Fort McMurray, you will manage documentation, assist in employee onboarding, and handle the logistics of accommodation and travel. Your administrative proficiency will ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and submit timesheets timely and accurately

• Create and deliver Contractor Daily Reports

• Maintain filing systems and organized project documentation

• Update crew rosters and manage personnel schedules

• Facilitate travel bookings for project staff

Requirements:

• Experience in administrative roles within Oil & Gas

• Resident in Fort McMurray, Edmonton, or Calgary

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

• Compliance with workplace safety and drug testing

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with current abstract
