Position: Canoco Project Administrator - Energy Sector
Location: Northeastern Alberta (Fort Chipewyan)

Become a Project Administrator at Canoco Energy Services, supporting a turnaround project at CNRL Horizon Site. This fly-in/fly-out role encompasses vital administrative duties in an energetic atmosphere.

We are looking for a qualified Project Administrator seasoned in the Oil & Gas or Industrial Construction field.

Your role will include managing schedules, processing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams during the project. Adaptability to a 12 & 2 work rotation is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate employee schedules and manage vacation requests

• Prepare and finalize daily timesheets and reports

• Process overtime requests and payroll documentation

• Maintain tracking for visitor and vehicle passes

• Update personnel records in Aimsio and manage onboarding

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator or similar

• Industry experience in Oil & Gas or construction

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License necessary

• Willingness to work in a high-pressure environment
