Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit reports for departmental management

• Direct visitors based on their needs

• Handle phone calls and electronic communications

• Support the Director of Social Services with administration tasks

• Organize financial requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent

• Two years of administration experience required

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and database software

• Valid Class “G” driver’s license needed

• Five years’ office experience preferred
