- Experience with the operation of Microsoft 365 software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Familiar with basic office procedures and telephone protocol
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Work closely with administration and staff
- Process, track, and manage all financial activities in the school
- Greet the public and screen calls
- Complete attendance reporting for all staff
