Key Responsibilities:

• Relay patient and service information promptly

• Type medical reports and legal documents with accuracy

• Handle referrals and record database information

• Address general inquiries about health programs

• Support the team with various clerical duties

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 and knowledge of medical terminology

• Two years of relevant administrative experience preferred

• Typing speed of 55 words per minute

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Physical capability to perform job responsibilities
