This full-time role requires a doctoral degree in theology or a related field, along with substantial experience in higher education. You will be pivotal in managing graduate applications, coordinating course schedules, and overseeing technology onboarding processes for incoming students. Additionally, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate student records and providing guidance on academic support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and track graduate applications and admissions documentation

• Coordinate course scheduling and residency calendar events

• Maintain comprehensive student records towards degree requirements

• Onboard students to technology and program tools

• Support faculty with course-related documentation and access

Requirements:

• Earned doctorate in theology or religious studies

• Minimum five years in graduate higher education

• At least two years in an administrative role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in office software and learning systems
