Program Assistant in Community Health

Situated within the Social Determinants of Health department, you will assist in the execution of community programs by coordinating events, collecting data, and communicating with stakeholders. This position demands initiative and the ability to juggle various responsibilities effectively while meeting deadlines. Strong customer service skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate outreach activities for community health initiatives

• Conduct data collection and maintain records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required

• Strong skills in MS Office applications

• A valid Ohio driver's license for travel
