Administrative Assistant; Aldersyde

Our client in Aldersyde is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, comfortable managing routine administrative tasks, and enjoys helping keep a busy office running smoothly.

Compensation &

Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $19- $21/hr depending on experience

• Full-time, temporary position

Position Summary:

• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records

• Prepare and update documents and spreadsheets

• Complete general administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and document organization

• Provide day-to-day office support to the team as required

Required Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or office experience

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Professional written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working with computers and completing accurate data entry

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points:

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field

• Experience with scheduling, CRM, or other office management systems
