OPENLANE seeks a skilled Block Clerk to join our lively auction team. This role emphasizes high-volume data entry as you input vital sales numbers and bidder info into the Simulcast system during live auctions. Experience and quick thinking are vital to meet auction demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Input auction sale data accurately in real-time
• Make bid decisions following auctioneer's instructions
• Maintain precise records under high-pressure conditions
• Collaborate with colleagues for an efficient process
• Opportunity to take on extra shifts throughout the week
Requirements:
• Strong keyboarding capabilities for immediate data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Background in similar fast-paced environments advantageous
• Keen attention to detail is a must
• Ability to thrive in a live auction atmosphere
