Location: Upper Brookside

Our marketing department is looking to hire a part-time data entry assistant to help with a variety of data-related projects. Please note this would be an in-person role, not a remote one.

Fine Line Tube Products is a growing business located in Upper Brookside, Nova Scotia, and has been manufacturing automotive parts for over 20 years. We specialize in producing and selling brake, fuel, and transmission lines. Knowledge of the automotive industry is NOT a pre-requisite or needed for this role.

Here’s an overview of what your day would look like:

Inputting new information into database systems
Regularly updating existing database system records
Producing reports
Retrieving data as requested
Documenting, organizing, and storing relevant documents

What’s expected from you:

Basic experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office software
Ability to type quickly while checking for grammar
Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy
Having a good attitude and working well with others to maintain a work atmosphere that is enjoyable for all staff

Hours:

Mon-Fri 8AM-7PM - these are flexible hours, you can work anytime between 8AM-7PM, and it does not have to be daily. You can customize your schedule!

Expected hours:
No less than 12 per week

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
